Please note: We generally do not accept returns unless they are new, unopened items within 2 weeks of delivery date. We cannot accept open items due to hygienic reasons.
You are responsible to pay for shipping cost to return any product to us. Once we receive the product, we will only refund the product cost and not the shipping and handling charges.
For international customers please check with your customs clearance that you can import herbal products for personal use before you place an order (most countries allow this without a problem). All returns due to customs not allowing entrance to your country, we can only refund the product once we receive the returned item. we do not refund the shipping charges.
